Pumpkin pie protein shake

Here's another healthy yummy pumpkin idea...6-8 oz water
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of pumpkin
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. ginger
1/2 t. cinnamon
2-3 T. sugar or any other sweetener
ice
