Pregnancy update: This week was the final week for regular clothes. On Sunday I realized that my pants were getting a little uncomfortable. So here I am modeling my new maternity pants & my growing belly. So last week (week 15) I got the flu, how fun! At first I thought it was crazy morning sickness carrying over into the second trimester, but it was much worst than being sick from being pregnant. Usually when I am feeling sick & I eat something it will make me feel better. This was the total opposite, I couldn't eat or I would throw up. To make matters worse, I also caught a cold! Oh what fun!
On Sunday during church I felt the very first baby kick! It was so exciting; I tried to move my stomach to get the baby to move again, but it didn't work. I also felt a little flutter the other night when I was trying to sleep. I woke Wade up & told him, I don't think he was too excited at that time. I am already having a hard time sleeping; I hate sleeping on my side. Plus with a cold, it makes sleeping even more difficult with my nose draining from one side to other. Alright that was probably more than you all wanted to know!!

Look at your cute little belly! Hooray for being past the first trimester of sickness! The next couple months are the most fun, when you really start to show but your not too big either!
I like the circling Alien thing on your blog
It is so weird to see you with a little tummy...you are normally sooooo flat!! Thats exciting that you already felt the baby move. I didnt feel the first movement until about 20 weeks. And FYI the husbands dont get as excited as you do about the every movement. I was always so hurt when Colin would feel her once and then move on to something else...I loved just sitting there feeling her move around.

Sorry you got the flu & a cold :( -- It seems like when your pregnant & you get sick - it's much worse than normal. That's exciting that you are starting to feel the baby move.
